Ingredients:
- 100ml Prosecco (Maschio Dei Cavalieri Prosecco)
- 20ml squeezed pomegranate juice
- 20ml crème de cassis
- 20ml plain vodka
Method:
1. Shake freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, crème de cassis and plain vodka with ice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Mix ingredients and strain into a tall slender glass
3. Top with 100ml of chilled Prosecco
4.Enjoy!
