Morning Glory
INGREDIENTS:
- Comte de Noiron NV Champagne
- 15mL Cointreau
- 7mL cherry brandy
- A dash of angostura bitters
- Orange or pineapple slices for garnish
METHOD:
1. Fill a collins or tall glass with ice
2. Pour the Cointreau, cherry brandy and angostura bitters over the ice
3. Add orange/pineapple slices
4. Top with Comte de Noiron NV Champagne
5. Enjoy!
