Morning Glory

INGREDIENTS:

  • Comte de Noiron NV Champagne
  • 15mL Cointreau
  • 7mL cherry brandy
  • A dash of angostura bitters
  • Orange or pineapple slices for garnish

METHOD:

1. Fill a collins or tall glass with ice

2. Pour the Cointreau, cherry brandy and angostura bitters over the ice

3. Add orange/pineapple slices

4. Top with Comte de Noiron NV Champagne

5. Enjoy!
