Ingredients:

• 90mL Jacobs Creek Prosecco Spritz
• 30mL Beefeater Gin
• 30mL pink grapefruit juice
• Ice (5-7 cubes)
• Stemless Glass

Method:

1. Fill a clean stemless glass with ice – as desired.
2. Pour 30mL of Beefeater Gin over the ice.
3. Top the mixture with 90mL Jacobs Creek Prosecco Spritz.
4. Add the remaining 30mL of pink grapefruit juice to the cocktail
5. Give the mix a good stir and garnish with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit
