Queen’s Cousin:

Ingredients:

•             90mL Hardy’s R&R Sauvignon Blanc

•             30mL Vodka

•             15mL Grand Marnier

•             15mL lime juice

•             2 dashes bitters

•             1 tsp Cointreau

Method:

1. Pour the vodka, Grand Marnier, lime juice, bitters and Cointreau and into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
2. Strain into a large wine glass, and add the Hardy’s Sauvignon Blanc wine.
3. Stir well
4.  Enjoy!
