Vino Calypso

INGREDIENTS

  • 90mL Jacobs Creek Classic Sauvignon Blanc
  • 30mL coconut water
  • 15mL pineapple juice
  • 15mL mango nectar
  • 30mL real lemonade
  • 10mL sugar syrup
  • 1 x Pineapple leaf


METHOD:

  • Pour Jacobs Creek Classic Sauvignon Blanc into a large wine glass
  • Add Pineapple juice and coconut water
  • Add Mango nectar and real lemonade
  • Add sugar syrup and a pineapple leaf
  • Add 1 scoop of ice and serve
  • Enjoy!

To make Sugar Syrup: 

Add 150mL of water and 150mL of sugar into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
Remove from heat, cover and stand for a few hours.
Strain and store in the fridge until ready to use
