Hibiscus Prosecco
Ingredients:
- 100mL Maschio Prosecco
- Hibiscus flower plus syrup
Method:
- Using a jar of Hibiscus flowers, place one flower with one teaspoon of its syrup into the bottom of a flute glass.
- Pour over the Prosecco.
- Don’t discard the flower – it tastes of raspberry and rhubarb.
- Enjoy!
