Hibiscus Prosecco

Ingredients:

  • 100mL Maschio Prosecco
  • Hibiscus flower plus syrup

Method:

  1. Using a jar of Hibiscus flowers, place one flower with one teaspoon of its syrup into the bottom of a flute glass.
  2. Pour over the Prosecco.
  3. Don’t discard the flower – it tastes of raspberry and rhubarb.
  4. Enjoy!
