We couldn’t talk about February without mentioning Valentine’s Day! Margarita Day

February calls for the celebration of an all time favourite - the margarita! Whilst there are many differing accounts of how the cocktail originally came to be, two things are for certain: the glass was rimmed with salt, and it included tequila.

Whether with good friends or a significant other this Margarita Day, why not enjoy the beautiful summer weather with a twist on a classic. A Sunshine Margarita with el Jimador Blanco Tequila is the perfect thirst quencher on these hot summer nights.

Sunshine Margarita

50ml el Jimador Blanco Tequila

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

15ml Agave Syrup

Splash of Orange Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to mix. Pour into a martini or rocks glass, with an optional rim of salt. Add ice or garnish if required.
