Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
- 60mL Aperol
- 90mL Prosecco
- 30mL Soda Water
- Ice
- Orange wedge to garnish
Methodology:
- Add 90mL Prosecco, 60mL Aperol and 30mL of Soda Water to a large wine glass
- Fill the glass to the top with ice
- Garnish with an orange wedge
- Enjoy!
