Cointreau Mediterranean Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 20ml grapefruit juice
  • Basil leaves
  • 1 Orange
  • Soda Water (to top)
  • Ice

Method:

  • Place three basil leaves into a glass and muddle.
  • Add Cointreau, lime juice and grapefruit to the muddled leaves.
  • Fill the glass with ice to the lip and top with soda water.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly ensuring all components are mixed.
  • Garnish the cocktail with fresh basil leaves and an orange slice.
