Baron Samedi Buttered Rum
Ingredients:
- 60mL Baron Samedi Spiced Rum
- 180mL Hot water
- Small cube of un-salted butter
- 1 x bar spoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 x cloves
Method:
- Combine water, butter, spices and vanilla extract into a small saucepan
- Stir on low heat until hot
- Add the Baron Samedi Spiced rum and take off the heat.
- Serve in a mug or latte glass
- Garnish with orange zest and a cinnamon quill
