Cointreau Mediterranean Fizz
Ingredients:
- 30ml Cointreau
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml grapefruit juice
- Basil leaves
- 1 Orange
- Soda Water (to top)
- Ice
Method:
- Place three basil leaves into a glass and muddle.
- Add Cointreau, lime juice and grapefruit to the muddled leaves.
- Fill the glass with ice to the lip and top with soda water.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly ensuring all components are mixed.
- Garnish the cocktail with fresh basil leaves and an orange slice.
