Bombay Sapphire Lemon & Thyme Twist
Ingredients:
- 45mL Bombay Sapphire
- 90mL Premium Tonic Water
- Lemon wedge squeezed
- Lemon peel & thyme Sprig for garnish
Methodology:
- Fill balloon glass to rim with ice.
- Add Bombay Sapphire.
- Add lemon juice and small thyme sprig and stir.
- Pour chilled tonic water down side of glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest and thyme sprig
- Enjoy!
