Ingredients:

• 60mL Maker’s Mark Bourbon
• 2 dashes of bitters
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp water
• Ice
• Orange peel to garnish

Methodology:

1. In an Old Fashioned glass, stir sugar and water until dissolved.
2. Add bitters and Maker’s Mark.
3. Fill glass ¾ full with ice cubes.
4. Stir vigorously for 20 seconds to cool and bring the ingredients together.
5. Top with fresh ice cubes.
6. Garnish with orange peel.
7. Enjoy.
