The Whisky Highball
The Whisky Highball
Ingredients:
- A Wedge of Lemon or Lime
- 30ml Whisky (Either Jim Beam, Maker's Mark or Canadian Club)
- Soda Water
- Ice
To Serve:
- A Highball Mug (Chilled)
Method:
- Get a clean Highball Mug (can be chilled).
- If making the Highball with Jim Beam or Maker's Mark, than you will require Lemon. For a Canadian Club Highball please use Lime.
- Add a squeeze of Citrus into the mug and drop the wedge in.
- Fill the mug with Ice to the lip.
- Measure 30ml of Whisky and add to the mug.
- Top the mug with Soda water.
- Stir the mixture once and the Highball is ready to serve.
