The Whisky Highball

The Whisky Highball

Ingredients:

  • A Wedge of Lemon or Lime
  • 30ml Whisky (Either Jim Beam, Maker's Mark or Canadian Club)
  • Soda Water
  • Ice

To Serve:

  • A Highball Mug (Chilled)

Method:

  • Get a clean Highball Mug (can be chilled).
  • If making the Highball with Jim Beam or Maker's Mark, than you will require Lemon. For a Canadian Club Highball please use Lime.
  • Add a squeeze of Citrus into the mug and drop the wedge in.
  • Fill the mug with Ice to the lip.
  • Measure 30ml of Whisky and add to the mug.
  • Top the mug with Soda water.
  • Stir the mixture once and the Highball is ready to serve.
