Ingredients:

• 250mL Rekorderlig strawberry-lime cider
• 30mL vodka
• 30mL elderflower cordial
• 30mL fresh lime juice
• 1 thin slice of cucumber
• 1 quartered strawberry
• 3 mint leaves
  
  

Method:

• Add cucumber and strawberry to a tall glass
• Clap mint gently and add to the mix
• Pour in vodka, elderflower cordial and lime juice
• Half fill glass with ice before adding Rekorderlig strawberry-lime cider
• Stir gently before serving.
• Garnish with a mint sprig and half a strawberry
