Cointreau Strawberry & Mint Fizz Jug
Ingredients:
- 100mL Cointreau
- 6 – 8 fresh strawberries
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- Top with soda
Method:
- Muddle 4-6 strawberries and place in a glass
- Add ice cubes
- Pour Cointreau over ice and strawberries
- Add 3-4 mint leaves
- Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint.
