Skyy Vodka Russian Spring Punch
Ingredients
- 35mL Skyy Vodka
- 3 barspoons of crème de cassis
- 2 barspoons of sugar syrup
- 25mL fresh lemon juice
- Dash of sparkling wine
- Handful of ice
- Slice of lemon
- 1 x boysenberry
Method
- Combine Skyy vodka and crème de cassis into a shaker
- Add sugar syrup and fresh lemon juice
- Shake well then strain into a tall, ice-filled glass
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a boysenberry
- Enjoy!
To make Sugar Syrup:
Add 150mL of water and 150mL of sugar into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat, cover and stand for a few hours. Strain and store in the fridge until ready to use.
