* THE FOLLOWING RECIPE IS FOR A JUG MIX AND CONTAINS MORE THAT 2 STANDARD DRINKS.

Ingredients:

• 100mL Cointreau
• 6 – 8 fresh strawberries
• 6 fresh mint leaves
• Top with soda
• Ice

Method:

• Muddle 4-6 strawberries and place in a jug
• Add ice cubes
• Pour Cointreau over ice and strawberries mix
• Add 3-4 mint leaves (depending on desired taste)
• Top the jug with chilled soda water
• Garnish the jug with fresh strawberry and mint. 
• Enjoy!
